The enrolment fee is $50 for the first student, $25 for the second, and free for any students thereafter. This fee is non-refundable. Fees for lessons are charged by the term. Once a student has been enrolled and a spot secured in the class, you are responsible for and agree to pay all fees incurred for the entire term, even if the student withdraws from BDA or does not complete the term for any reason. Students who enrol mid-term will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Overdue invoices will incur a late fee of $22.00, if the invoice remains unpaid over subsequent terms it will continue to incur $22.00 per term thereafter. If BDA deem it necessary to recover this debt via a collection service, you will be responsible for all additional costs involved in the process. If you have an outstanding balance from previous terms you will not be permitted to resume dance in the following term. Once your account is up to date, you will be permitted to continue classes, however the full term fee will still be payable regardless of how many classes are missed. Sibling discounts and multi class discounts are available, for more information regarding this, please talk to Peta. Students are invited to participate in exams, presentations and annual concerts all of which will incur some additional charges. These may include exam fees, extra rehearsal fees, costume hire, make-up, concert ticket purchase, video purchase, photograph purchase. Please feel free to talk with Peta about what to expect financially if you chose to participate in additional activities. BDA reserves the right to cancel or change the timetable and price structure at any point in time. During the 2 or 3 exam days, all normal classes will be cancelled.
